I am interested in recording one of our departments phone calls. 8 phones to be exact. Is there a inexpensive way to record 8 Avaya Digital phones without spending $20,000? I have now a NEC PBX with 2 small NEC Black Boxes that the phones are bridged into and the Black Boxes connect to 2 PC's...
I have run into this problem as well and couldn't get the LD Code to be executed with the number inside the Vector. So what I did is, I assigned a 800 number to point to their Cell phone and entered it inside the Vector. Since we get the same LD rates form our Telco on the 800 or LD, so it still...
I do not have any Avaya Docs but I can send you my setup.
I believe it's pretty straight forward.
Good Luck

From what I remember the Server is set up as a Supervisor Set like a 6400 or the Old 8400 series and is connected to the PBX through a Digital Station Port. It then does a Service Observe on the sets out on the floor. Things could have change over the past 5 years; I would suggest you do a...
After seeing this post I remember investigating this really neat product that I was looking at a few years back with another company to capture their calls from the Call Center.
It's called HigherGround.

After speaking with Interconnect today, it appears I don’t have a copy of the ODBC 4.2 Openlink CD that the drivers are on. Unfortunately, these are not downloadable from Avaya and only available on that CD. WOuld any one be able to send me the Windows Drivers or Post them?.
Thanks
Gary
Hello everyone
Can someone explain to me, why when I'm watching a Real Time Text Split/Skill Summary Report, some phones (6416D+) show OTHER when they use their After-Call button and the other 6416D+ phones show ACW when they use their After-Call button? I have a S8500/R2.2 and BCMS Vu R2 V3.2...
All PC's have the same Image on them from what my Desktop Team is telling me. I'm working with my Desktop team and loaded the Client on one of their Laptops and still having the same problems. It seems there is only one PC that can do it, other than the BCMS Vu Server. And no IP or Active...
I have check the Hunt Grp and everything look good there (Internal). It seems there are two people who have access to BCMS Vu other than myself. It seems that one of those PC can run a Real Time Text to monitor all the agents, but for me and the other user we can not ? We can only run Historical...

Hello
I'm still lost after reading that Link (http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=4327) What I was wondering is, if there is some detail instruction on the Setup for Netcat Windows Host for capturing the CDR data? What I'm trying to do is send the CDR info straight to my Laptop as a test...
Do a List agent-loginID, from here you can see all your Agent-ID's as well what extension they are connected too. Plus you can see there Skills and Agent CORs
I hope this helps.

I believe you have the days reversed Friday should be first and then Monday, like the example below
01 goto vector 43 if staffed-agents in skill 22 > 0
02 goto step 14 if time-of-day is fri 17:00 to mon 08:00
03 goto step 14 if time-of-day is all 17:00 to all 08:00
I hope this helps
Thanks for the quick response from everyone, but can anyone confirm that I will need to get TN 799C board instead of a TN 799B to run ASA on my G3r V9.
Thanks again
