"Meet me conference" with V VAL?

Can someone point me to documentation I can give to an end user on how to set this up? I have been told it is possible, but documentation is lacking.

We have a G650 with CM 5.1 with a G450LSP.

Sorry to piggy back on the post, but it looked interesting... Just curious, what is the announcement in step 5 used for? Is that the announcement that has them re-enter conference number?
