Hi all,

Is there any way to easily collect and store into a database the CDR output via IP.

I have looked through the posts and not found a simple way to collect the information.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

I'm still lost after reading that Link ( What I was wondering is, if there is some detail instruction on the Setup for Netcat Windows Host for capturing the CDR data? What I'm trying to do is send the CDR info straight to my Laptop as a test. Then once I can get that working I will build a PC dedicated to capture the CDR Data. My knowledge of Linux is none, and with some good detail instruction I think I could set it up on Windows. Can you use the Capture mode in Hyper Terminal or Procom Plus to do the same thing ? I can send my PBX setup if neseccary ?

Thanks
Gary

The procedures are the same except for the command line:

For Windows:

This should be run from where netcat is installed.

nc.exe –d –L –p 50000 >>”filename" [no quotes]
