How do you get a snapshot of which ACD agents are currently logged in? I think I am exceeding the limit but can't find out who is logging in..

Do a List agent-loginID, from here you can see all your Agent-ID's as well what extension they are connected too. Plus you can see there Skills and Agent CORs
I hope this helps.

The KID

You can do a display capacity to see how many agents are currently being used (system wide) and also see how many you are authorized for.

It will be under: HUNT GROUPS, SPLITS, OR SKILLS (page 5 or so)

I don't believe that command exists on my system.. The version I have is G3V6i.03.1.230.6. Any thing else I can use?

You can also do a "monitor bcms (skill or split) XX" to see what agents are logged in to that skill in real time and also what their current state is.

Thanks.. I tried that and got the information I needed...
