Double check your group policies. There is a policy inplace that is keeping the TS from working. Are you trying to RDP with the servers administrators account?

Look under the Terminal Services Profile Tab under the domain account that you are trying to RDP with. Make sure the check box ALLOW LOGON TO TERMINAL SERVER is checked. If its not checked, check it and try to RDP again Hope that Help! netwiz

There is definately something with the restricted account keeping this user from logging in using TS. Double check your group policies and groups to see if something is disabling his TS profile. Does it work if he is added under the Administrator group?
