Hi , Outlook is trying to download the Offline Address book from the exchange server. but of course it will take time to be built. Two possible solutions:
a) take outlook out of the "Cached mode" by editing the properties of the profile.
b) Open ESM and "rebuild" the Offile Address List.

remember that the DNS for the client should be the IP of the router, not the IP of the DC. The router will take care of the forward, through the port mapping (53,TCP/UDP) that I mentioned in my first post today.

It does, if you have specific reasons for installing DHCP on your 2K server.
Since we don't know those reasons we can't tell you for sure.
It would be great to know a bit more of your network layout.
Like number of clients and what OS they're running, subnets (if any)...
•apply the "READ" & the "APPLY GP" to the "Authenticated Users" group.
•if necessary, apply the "READ" & the "APPLY GP" to the "domain users" group.

the fans on the PSU may be working, and it could still be the PSU at fault.
One thing is for sure,
no matter what approach you take, try one thing at the time. dont chancge, for example, memory AND PSU at the same time.
