I have an Avaya G3SI that runs on CM2.0 integrated to a Cisco Call Manager 4.0 via QSIG PRI connection..I am able to make and receive calls via 5 digit dialing between systems, but the problem I am having is from the avaya system calling the Cisco. I only get the calling party name and not...

Dial the 36 number and the system will show you how or what ars table your calls are routing thru..

Shared Technologies is a big company in the States especially in Massachusetts, so you don't ned to worry about them not paying you for your services..Just make sure you have a PO from them ..
If you are just stopping calls to be forwarded from voicemail, just set your outdial in each mailbox to none..Make sure you also set this on genral delivery any other mailbox you have setup..
