restting completely 4620 IP telephone

Is there any way to fully reset an ip hardphone 4620.. for exemple roll back a firmware update for that telephone?

press mute then spell reset # key and follow the prompts to reset..There is no way to undo the current firmware on the phone...

I believe there is also <must> spell clear and #.
