Check snowman50's sugguestion.. It should be under IP Office 500> System> LAN 1/2> DHCP Mode (client, server, disabled, etc) Also check the addressing in the Craft section to ensure that everything is correct, especially the Router/Gateway address as well as the subnet mask.

I did notice that when I was looking through the logs. I corrected the issue prior to making changes in the network topology section. With a correct IP address and a correct topology setting the router twinning was able to work. I'm still very surprised/confused why twinning worked before...

Also, near the power cord is where the power supply for the IPO is. Safely using a voltmeter, check that the incoming power is within the specifications of device.
