Pulsing Dial Tone on 9630

So recently the only 9630 set on our IP office system began to have a "pulsing dial tone". So far, the user has reported to me that everything else functions as normal.

I have tried resetting and re-provisioning the ip set, however, the pulsing dial tone continues. The phone firmware is also up to date. I can't think of anything else I'm doing wrong.

Running IPO 8.1(79)
9630 Set with BM24
Powered by POE midspan

Phones are on DND. DND gives a flashing dial tone but everything else works fine. Try dialing *09# and then hang up. Pick up the receiver and see if the dial tone is normal.
 
Thanks for the suggestion, I tried it but it didn't work.

DND is not on (seen from settings) and when i dial the shortcode I get an "Incompatible
 
Have you issued the Mute + craft command and cleared? Try creating a temp user and logging them into the phone. See if you get the same result.
 
Thanks everyone for the advice.

It turned out that follow me was on and somehow the user followed herself to another station. =O I don't even know how that accidentally happened.
