Thanks amriddle01. The funny thing is that I have tried that, can't seem to get the test button to confirm on "Press Test to confirm". The software is unresponsive under that screen. Any ideas?
Check snowman50's sugguestion.. It should be under IP Office 500> System> LAN 1/2> DHCP Mode (client, server, disabled, etc)
Also check the addressing in the Craft section to ensure that everything is correct, especially the Router/Gateway address as well as the subnet mask.
I did notice that when I was looking through the logs. I corrected the issue prior to making changes in the network topology section. With a correct IP address and a correct topology setting the router twinning was able to work.
I'm still very surprised/confused why twinning worked before...
Also, near the power cord is where the power supply for the IPO is. Safely using a voltmeter, check that the incoming power is within the specifications of device.
Thanks for all the help guys! I finally was able to figure out the issue after talking with broadvox. The issue was the setting under "Network Topology". Previously the system was placed under "Open Internet" and has worked fine behind a router. According to the folks at broadvox, this setting...
Thanks for all the suggestions, I have tried every combination of the RTP Keepalives and Prack/100REL settings, still no success.
I have attached the SIP TX/RX Log. I do see a "Proxy Auth Needed" and a "401 Unauthorized". Perhaps this could be problematic?

I owned a EdgeMax Lite to play with, they are great and have amazing throughput. However, if the AirRouter is similar to the Ubiquiti EdgeMax Router Lite, programming is very CLI heavy. Your sip relevant settings will likely be accessed through CLI.
Try this...
I don't know if this is helpful but this is my experience. The pots wiring in our home was crap and staticy so we installed an IPO and IP phones to take advantage of the good data wiring. It's funny, we skipped running new pots wiring when we remodeled. The existing Panasonic cordless phones I...
Thanks for the ideas, guys. Still no luck.
The system already has PRACK/100rel supported checked and I have tried every RTP setting.
Any other areas I should check. It's a strange one...
Thanks!
Upinflamezzz: Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried that previously but the employee often forgets to turn forwarding on/off. The funny thing is that it worked before.
Amriddle01: Thanks for the suggestion but it is enabled and set to what broadvox requires.
The router/firewall was swapped a...
Hi Everyone,
Today working in the security settings I was attempting to allow secure communications between the IP office system and the manager computer so I selected "Unsecure+secure" under the service security level from "unsecure". However the system has locked and continues to say "Access...
Hi Everybody!
The system is an IPO 8.1(81) with mobile twinning over 3 broadvox SIP trunks, all licensed.
When a caller dials our main number, the correct behavior is to ring the hunt group and the specified extensions will simultaneously ring programmed cellphones. Now when callers dial the...
Thanks everyone for the advice.
It turned out that follow me was on and somehow the user followed herself to another station. =O I don't even know how that accidentally happened.
Awesome, this makes the system dial 11 digit numbers immediately. However, won't I have trouble dialing 3 digit numbers like 911 as the system waits for me to complete all the numbers?
Thanks
Hello everyone.
Users across the system are complaining that the IPO when dialing out to sip trunks are "Slow". For example, users will select appearance "a"-"9"-"dial number". After dialing the last digit, they usually wait about 7-10 seconds before they hear the connecting tone.
The dial...
So recently the only 9630 set on our IP office system began to have a "pulsing dial tone". So far, the user has reported to me that everything else functions as normal.
I have tried resetting and re-provisioning the ip set, however, the pulsing dial tone continues. The phone firmware is also...
