Let me correct something.CCMA server is win2003,client computers are win 2000. Yesterday i tried to install new activex whichs are coming with SU04.I can see real time screens now.
I gave it to customer to install it on all machines.

I installed SU04 on CCMA server.After that Real time screens doesn't work on some computers. Operating system is win 2000. I made some changes on explorer settings depends on su04 document, but no way. Do you know any solution for this problem?

There is too many type of backup. For database backup you can use CCMS backup utility. But before this you must prepare CCMS and remote computer.
Duration changes depends on your database size. For example Backing up 96 GB database takes more then 3 hours.

Is anyone know which ports are using for Agent Desktop Display on CCMS server? I read NTP s but i couldn't see any information for CCMS server. when i configure ADD on agents there is a CCMS server name and IP adress. I can't ping CCMS right now. And firewall guys are asking me which ports...
When an agent accept a outbound call, she can see all imported information about customer.I want to add new fields like bankcard number,credit card number, etc. I have created fields on CCMM Administrator program and i can see on the agent desktop screen. But i couldn't fill it.

I have a quesiton about call presentation class on CCM rel.6 systems. If a call is presented to an agent and it is not answered after 4 rings, it is going to another agent an set is going to not ready . Is it possible to see this situation on any reports? (which agent is not answered...
