I collect and cost daily for various reports in the Telecom Billing system - just to keep track of who is calling in and who is calling out...But I don't use the billing system for any actual billing. Kinda weird, but that's the way it is...
Yes, you can cost Incoming calls if you would like. Create a separate Carrier Pricing Template and assign it to the Variable and Carrrier Costing tab on those routes that have incoming calls. Some customers use this to track incoming Toll Free number costs.
