Does anybody know how can i import custom field data on customer detail page on CCMM agent screen? I add 3 custom fields and i can see on the customer page but i couldn't import or write any information in this field.

When an agent accept a outbound call, she can see all imported information about customer.I want to add new fields like bankcard number,credit card number, etc. I have created fields on CCMM Administrator program and i can see on the agent desktop screen. But i couldn't fill it.
