GATM8 problem on BCM 50 rls 2

hi guys.....

i have a bcm 50 rls 2 with two expansions (DSM 32+ & GATM8),
i did install the system and configure it ; the dsm 32+ is working well ...but the problem is in the GATM8 , when i configure it, on the telephony resources its enabled , but when i check the active physical lines it doesnt show any line ..any one can help

Did you install the keycode and did it take?

yes , i did install the keycode and tried to swap the Modules; the dsm32+ works well on the both chassis

I'm sure you've done it. But, try disabling and then reenabling the GATM8

have u hooked up analog lines to it?

And check the switch settings also.

On a BCM 50 you do not change the switch settings but I would check them to make sure nome have been bumped or it was used in a 400 once.
