I suggest the book: The New Masters of Flash (or, more to my tatse, the more recent Anniversary edition). Some of the contributing 'masters' discuss the *concept* of programming 3D, as well as giving you actual code that you can modify on the companion CD. Excellent investment. Oc.

If you want actual video (and don't want to create a flash-style video by exporting from a video editing program), you'll probably have to use WildForm's Flix program. It encodes video directly into the .swf format. Oc.
