    I had a similiar problem using the Avaya voice ann mgr... I finally figured out that it is VERY specific about the file name and extension (all case sensitive)I had .wav and it was only looking for .WAV... Try capitalizing both the file name and the extension and then mixing them up as well...

    On the change ars digit conv table there are a couple of fields that I'm not sure about. they are "net" "conv" and "ANI req". Does anyone have info on what these actually control? I have them set to "ext", "y" and "n" right now.

    I just set them up with the programming buttons in the softkey assignments; abr-prog abr-spchar ~p (this is their pause button) abr-spchar ~m (this is their mark button) abr-spchar ~w (this is their wait for tone button)

    Here is the Dial plan: FYI it is a G3si R12 How would you suggest setting up a range of 4 digit ext's? I don't think this would be a simple task though... 200's and 600's are corp office extensions, 300 to 500's are agents and 700's are a mixture (including the Intuity connections etc... Dialed...

    I'm following you, but I need to look into changing the DP for 8xxx extensions. check out thread690-903527. I am trying to get a reply back from the person who actually has the same issue I do, but I do not FULLY understand the last part of their solution. (But is is using ARS) Any more thoughts?
