I have a customer with a Definity Prologics system.
His extension only message lamp will not turn on when there is a message.
I tried to change the set and that didn't work.
I tried to move the port that did'nt work.
I tried to delete and recreate the user and mailbox.

What could it be?
If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

make sure on the 2nd page it has audix or audix 1 in the audix name field.

Is the Audix system attach to the Prologics? Or is the Audix on another system?
If the Prologics is a remote system to the Audix, make sure that you have the correct switch number in the Subscriber page 1.

I'm sorry it is a DUVOICE voicemail system stand alone.
Simmy2106 there is no Audix name field on page two.
there is a services link field.

thanks

I don't know about DUVOICE, but with most Avaya systems they will only try to light the light once. Try clearing out the mailbox and then leaving another message.
