Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server

I have Windows SBS 2003. I've noticed this error message in my system log, it keeps repeating every day.

When going to link in error msg and following instructions I find the name of the dcom server which is HP Port Resolve Class. When i look in the dcom config i can only find HP Port Resolver which has security launch permissions set to allow.

Has anyone had this problem or knows how to solve it?

Did you ever figure this out? I am seeing the same thing on one of my servers...
