ok, if it is interesting for you, on back side near Term connector there is Aux connector (Amphenol 50 pins). On the last pair of pins of Aux the pins 25,50 (last pair) are the INADS modem for alternative remote access. You need only an analog line extension to connect to this pair and call this...
Hi glimma, which terminal and how do you connect to the system?
There are2 alternatives:
- Terminal 25-pin connector which you may connect to PC COM port or
- AUX terminal (Amphenol connector) where one pair is embedded modem where you can connect analog line and call from outside.
If one is...
Hi, do you have PMS(Property Management System) system running with interface to Definity? PMS system may reset wakeup requests. It also may occur with a checkout if someone does it from attendant console before actual guest leaving if staying was paid on previous evening. Just a guess.
If I...
Did you check that you send correct caller ID with your international call from the extension? It may be rejected by service provider if no caller ID or incorrect.

Hi,
Did you try to modify system-parameters feature
Store VDN Name in Station’s Local Call Log ?
This parameter specifies if Communication Manager sends a message telling the telephone to store the VDN name or the calling party’s name in the station call log.
Valid entries -y/n
y Communication...
Don't lose hope :-) Just in case check this fragment from Intuity LX installation doc:
(Switch Integration Troubleshooting section).
Setting Additional Call Progress Tones
In some cases, your circumstances might require that you assign more than one set of parameters for a certain call...
Interesting note I have found in Admin guide:
The COS for all hunt groups defaults to 1. Therefore, any changes to COS 1 on the Class of Service screen changes the COS for all your hunt groups. A COS field does not appear on the Hunt Group screen.
It means if you have data privacy -yes in COS-1...
Ok then check "Data Restriction" in all 8 Intuity integration stations. Should be NO.
There is special note in admin guide that Data restriction must be off for attendant lines which provide transfer of calls otherwise it will block all tones to transferred party.
Data Privacy protects analog data calls from being disturbed by any of the system’s overriding or ringing features. I don't think you protected your extensions in information security prospective anyhow!
I think you should try to disable data privacy at least on Intuity lines.
Hope it helps.
Thank you but it seems VDN override is not working here, it is for vdn name, vector variables and so on to process original call. We have no problem with it.
Just to clarify again the call with correct calling number comes to Softconsole and properly displayed on Softconsole display but there...
Hi all, there is a question from our reception how they can see which calls were missed/answered something similar to Call Log button on IP phones. They use Avaya Softconsole 1.5.4 in Telecommuter mode with IP phone 96xx used as telecommuter near the PC. Main number is routed on attendant via...
Also check "Data restriction fields" on analog stations which are used for Intuity integration. If these fields are enabled no tones will go through the lines to caller. Same if Data Privacy is enabled in COS used for the transferred lines.
I would start checking the setting on system-parameters feature:
Music (or Silence) On Transferred Trunk Calls:all (default is "all" - recommended). What do you have in this field?
Hi,
How your auto attendant is organized? If it is on ACM can you show vector steps? If it is Intuity autoattendant first tell us which telephony integration is used with Intuity analog or an ISDN lines?
The same table but my is empty. I think ## are hardcoded we can not remove it. Can it be deleted on Opentext side? The mask may be applied for routing pattern:
(this is from Faxapplience administration guide).
- On Fax Applience from the Configuration window, click Fax Lines. enter a masking...
For me system-parameters mode-code appears like below. Dd you try to play with Internal and external Coverage codes?
change system-parameters mode-code
Page 1 of x

How does your system mode-code form look like? I suppose it depends on ACM version. Are you sure the call-forward mode is exactly the event which you have, how do you call to your Opentext hunt group? May be you need to modify direct inside access code?
One idea is from absolutely different...
Is it about off-pbx station-mapping table or what? Sorry, unclear. As far as I remember this table may not have more than one association extension-mobile.
