Hi all, there is a question from our reception how they can see which calls were missed/answered something similar to Call Log button on IP phones. They use Avaya Softconsole 1.5.4 in Telecommuter mode with IP phone 96xx used as telecommuter near the PC. Main number is routed on attendant via VDN. They can see something on telecommuter phone Call Log button but the caller number is always Softconsole's extension but they want to see original PSTN calling numbers in a log. Any ideas? Thank you.

does the vdn say "allow vdn override: n" ?

Thank you but it seems VDN override is not working here, it is for vdn name, vector variables and so on to process original call. We have no problem with it.
Just to clarify again the call with correct calling number comes to Softconsole and properly displayed on Softconsole display but there is no call log button on Softconsole application. On the IP phone which is voice link (telecommuter phone) for the Softconsole the initial calling numbers are not displaying so solution with Call Log button of IP phone is not working for us. Even more if receptionist did not answer the call the telecommuter phone have not rang at all.
