Is there a web site to find what carrier a toll free number belongs to?
I Have a customer that has a working 800 number but it does not appear on the bill for any of the LD carriers. Is there a web-site where you can Enter a phone number and it will tell you what carrier owns it?
Thanks

Hi gang
Working on a Fax Server project - first time I have dealt with a 8 port analog Dialogic/Brooktrout FAX card. It just has two RJ-45 size inputs. What is the best way to wire the 8 lines into the 2 ports? Is there an adapter that works?
Thanks

I believe the command is add service-hours X
X is the number of the tables. I forget how many you can have persystem, but it is more than 1
Then you have to add a step to the vector, and in this case the 7891 step needs to be before your regular night treatmt

If your regular "closed" treatment is different than sending to 7891, then you cannot use the same table. If 7891 is your regular closed treatment, then yes you can use the same table

I would use the import/export function of ASA and Excel spreadsheet, but I would look up if CM cares if you have the same name for multiple stations. I think it is OK
I have a document about using ASA import/export with Excel, let me know if you need it andy_backs@dell.com

Just remember to save and make a safe backup of the PERSIST.DAT file before you do any messing around, so you do not lose your configuration

Vectors are so flexible you can pretty much do anything! Service hour table would be a good way, yoiu can also use Holiday table or vector TOD steps
1. wait 0 secs hearing ringing
2. go to step 20 if service-hours in table 2 (this is your routing to the station)
3. go to step 22 if...
I just remembered 2 important points
If you have to use BCMS, then get the PDF of the BCMS Reports guide and read it
Also - for any call center, remember that Vu-Stats is a wonderful feature if set up correctly - very flexible and can give valuable call center real time and HISTORICAL data to...
Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. In my career I have installed 100 or so BCMS, BCMSVu and BCMR call centers. To answer you question, in an EAS call center, NO you will never be happy with BCMS reporting.
It is a big customer complaint that BCMS will never show you how many calls an...
The normal method would be a coverage path with "rxx" as the the first point, where xx is the number of the "coverage remote" table entry. then the subsequent coverage points can be other extensions or voice mail
Are you saying the R9 does not support this?

I found the problem
mysteriously, every agent had been changed from default AUX code 1 to AUX code "10"
using CMS Agent Trace I found that the agent was successfully entering AUX1 (the 1 of "10")then making an outbound call to 0 (the 0 of "10")
still do not know how all 10 agents were changed...
Having a problem with One-X Agent R2, if I had the documentation I could probably resolve it
Every time the agent tries to go into AUX One-X it pops up "Alerting attendant" and dials 0
CMS Agent trace shows dialed digits 0
I am certain the agent has activated a feature that I cannot find...
sorry i forgot to do this again last night - I will e-mail the documents tonight - I left myself a voice mail at home to remember to check my e-mail. I also got a solicitation from AARP just recently - UK you will need to google that

She has already established the Extension Out call, then the incoming call on the bridged appearance comes in placing her on hold without any action on her part
Appreciate you looking at it though
