Change Extension Operation in ASA - does it work?

On the ASA Import function there is an option called change extension operation

In my EAS call center I want to flip-flop the stations and agent IDs so that the Agent ID is the DID and the station is irrelevant (I am tired of moving stations around just because somebody set this up incorrectly)

Will this Change extension Operation work for this? Unfortunately I do not currently have access to Pro-Vision

if you want to flip-flop stations, why don't you use the 'swap stations' function?

Flip flopping stations and agent IDs, not the same as swapping stations

oh, i get what you mean. no, the 'change extension' is for changing extensions. you can't use 'change extension' to swap an station number with an agent id.
