BCMS client disconnect

Have BCMS client on several PC's and when the supervisor is monitoring a group for a few hours, they will get an error box that pops up and says "The connection to the server has been lost, server link timed out" and they have to reconnect. The BCMS server has not gone down, they just lose the link to the server. Anyone seen this issue before..?

I assume you mean that evil little software called BCMR or BCMSVu.

There is an entire list of things to do to fix this, all of which are on my home PC. Much of it centers on BCMR and windows being able to resolve the fully qualified server path name, so you need to build some tables on the client PC and server.
