the 2800 serie ISR or Integrated services routers are pricey, but its all-in-one. you can get Unity module, VPN module, 4 PORT POE module. CCME runs on it. as well as standard data features such as vlan, pppoe, etc.. I initially went this route but figured it was too expensive.

you can build a new softkey template with only the options you want selected.
device---->device setting--->>>soft key template---> add new softkey template
device--->> phone----> search users ext---> on the station form select your new template under the softkey template parameter.

cicero maybe the manufacturer of the entire PC but the individual parts specificlly the mobo is prolly made by someone else. can you open the case to identify the mobo
please post mobo specs. have you reviewed trouble shooting faqs on the manufacturers website. have you gone into the bios to make sure the new HD is appearing properly
use disk management in the MMC
right click ---> my computer -->> manage -->disk management --->fdisk/format the drive----> any data will be lost. assign new drive leter and your good, i think.
ethernet cams wouldnt plug into a NIC, they would plug into the DMZ port on your router or be plugged into your switch. you would prolly have to set up Port forwarding to get the video out.
have you updated the device loads and installed latest sr's and es's?

who deployed it? was it a VAR? sounds like they need to come back.
