My network consists of several servers which are protected by a sonicwall firewall. Anyone can connect with pptp vpn from outside the network. However when someone picks up the wireless signal that I have set up with a simple netgear switch/router, they cannot vpn. I have searched every forum I could think of and didn't find anything related to this problem. All my servers are 2k3 servers, connected xp machines. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Thanks for the reply,

Yes I am forwarding 1723, I am running a front server with a public IP address, and my VPN server is on an internal 2k3 server. I have forwarding set up thruogh my firewall to send that port to my vpn server. Even though I can't vpn to the public ip from inside the network...I figured that I try connecting directly to the vpn server and it worked. Not sure why all of a sudden I couldn't access vpn to the public IP but I'll settle for it working right now. :)
