Devices are unregistering in CCM 4.2.1

I've been on this new job for 1 month. CCM 4.2.1 was deployed 3 weeks before my arrival.

I have PRI's and ATA's and VG224 that keep unregistering themselves in CCM. Sometimes it is 5 or 6 times a day I have to reset the gateway and it comes right back online. Event Viewer seems pretty clean and I've research every error and nothing seems to out of place. Physical layer is fine (it has been checked about 5 times.) End users are dropping calls, gettiing busy signals, and etc. Local subnet calls are 100% fine. WAN calls are dropping, hearing every other word, and sometimes wont even go through. Pipe on the WAN is 3mb. (2 T1's bonded).

Any ideas?

have you updated the device loads and installed latest sr's and es's?

r ur ccm resources maxed mem,cpu etc......

who deployed it? was it a VAR? sounds like they need to come back.

Unfortunately is was SBC/ATT that deployed and they are just recommending a TAC case with Cisco. I will check on the CPU recommendations and see what they are set at.
