Ditto to what TimRoop said...have had same problem and his solution was the fix. Spanning Tree can make weird things happen...but your network guys won't admit it.

I may not always get it right, but at least I give it 110%

Here's how you make this work....go buy a Netgear ROUTER, not a hub. Get one with at least 4 ports. Follow these instructions: http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/n101227.asp
You can even use the hub attached to your new router to add more connections. (Just FYI, buy SWITCHES, not HUBS...
OK...pulling my hair out on this one....
I have 2 domains: company.corp and site.company.corp
AD and DNS are working correctly, no replication errors and DCDiag and NETDiag show no errors.
I have the main EXCH server in company.corp and it has been running for about a month no problem...
Do you have WINS installed? Sounds like the problem described here...

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the posts. ComputerHighwayGuy has some really good information and if I had some decent network equipment, I would like to go with his suggestions. Capitol31, that is the coolest thing I've ever seen, a complete PBX in a box the size of a router. I'm going to give these guys a call...
I've got to setup a small, remote office and was really looking for something that was quick and easy to setup for my Techs. I realy would like something that can be completely administered via a web browser. I like the looks/features of some of the VoIP server based systems, but having no...
We have 5 or 6 of those printers around this facility and we replace the rollers on them every year, just to keep from having the exact kind of problem you describe. Also, we found that really cheap paper seems to make the problem worse. A heavier stock of paper seems to work better.

There's a lot to consider here. Being that you are a hospital, you must make every effort to protect the data or face HIPAA fines and jail time. I might suggest, since you like Cisco equipment, that you read through this PDF first. ( ww.cisco.com/global/AP/aironet/pdf/safwl_wp.pdf ) It will...
Thanks to everyone for responding. LERDALT got me thinking, so I used my handy dandy REGMON (free from sysinernals: http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/regmon.shtml ) and I monitored the workstation registration process loged in as Administrator. 3000 lines later, I found that if you set...

Is this what you were asking for?

PROBLEM:
When ZWSREG.EXE runs, manually or during logon, the PC is not registered in the WORKSTATIONS.
Manually running zwsreg -importserver 10.10.10.39 causes the following error to appear:

The workstation registration process has aborted because the user does not have sufficient...
Easiest thing to do is a parallel installation...a lot faster too. Simply re-install Windows NT on the box into a different folder. See this Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;259003
Right-Click the file in Explorer, select Scan For Viruses. When the window pops up, the file you right-clicked should appear in the SCAN IN: box. Now just click the Scan Now button.
Run BROWMON from each domain's PDC. Add in both DOMAIN A and DOMAIN B on both servers and verify that the server is the MASTER Browser. (It actually should be the Domain Master Browser). Make sure browser traffic is being passed by the router at each site.
I assumed that you are trying to...
WINS servers should only point to their own IP for WINS resolution...see: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;150737
A multi-homed server is a server that has more than one NIC and more than one IP address. NT doesn't play well with multi-homing. See...
