I did a quick review of the 2 TN's you posted; the one dated Feb 12 -- I'm assuming does work.
However, the latest one, there are a number of Class of Services (CLS) which are not the same. I don't know if that would affect the log ins but that tells me the 2 TN's are not identical.

Have you verified the Class of Service as "agent"?
is the VASid 16 the contact center?
have you deacquired in CCMA and reacquired?
can other agents log into that phone vs one which doesn't?
did you do the 'easy change' or build new?
have you compared a working to non-working TNB for the same...
If you are using the Agent Desktop -- on the agent's PC - there is a hidden file which Avaya uses for troubleshooting - "agentdesktop.log"; it's meant for troubleshooting though and not to open up and pull data.
the AACC would have call data in a CBC report. Most of the time, it's not something...
IVR_DN -- I believe they are related to using a Callpilot; it would be the SDN number (I think)
the voice segment is the appID in Callpilot
route call is the command which the PBX then takes the call and sends it over PSTN or internal. it is a fire and forget type of call.

Does it ever count up? or just down?
is the patching current for the CC7? what about the PBX?
There should be a log on the CCMS (or where ever the LM is installed)..which you can find out if it's counting up or down. If it's a separate system (like in Corp mode) -- the network communication...
Yes, I'm aware they're not supported but I am also wondering if someone has tried another solution for remote connections which works in this scenerio.
thanks!

Hi everyone,
I'm stuck on a problem:
scenerio - users sometime remote into a PC (xp or win7) and use the i2050. Now we have upgraded to the One-X communicator, the Microsoft Remote Desktop does not pass the audio (known as "not supported" in all I have read).
problem -- does anyone use this...
I believe you need admin rights to install the AAAD components. You may want to push it to the desktops via back-end scripting or something like Big-Fix.
CC6 is "best effort" (aka MD'd) and not EoL yet. However, getting a new license file maybe a challenge due to it's dated software. I think it goes EoL this June (2012).
I do know there are some Microsoft hotfixes which must be installed for 'large MSI install files'.
I'm not sure exactly which they are but a quick check online could be done.
I know this is an odd question -- do any of the RTD's not work? there was a problem back in the day that agents or supervisor log in fails but one of the RTDs wouldn't work either.
I think in that case - it's a DB issue.
Can you log into the workstation using the sysadmin without problems?
