One-X and remotely connected users / fix?

Hi everyone,

I'm stuck on a problem:

scenerio - users sometime remote into a PC (xp or win7) and use the i2050. Now we have upgraded to the One-X communicator, the Microsoft Remote Desktop does not pass the audio (known as "not supported" in all I have read).

problem -- does anyone use this set up the 1X --and able to hear the audio? If so -- how did you make it work or what software are you using outside of the RDC from Microsoft, to get that to work?

RDP/Citrix are not supported, VPN is your only option.

Yes, I'm aware they're not supported but I am also wondering if someone has tried another solution for remote connections which works in this scenerio.
