Avaya Aura 6.2 Agent Desktop install package

Hi,

We're migrating to Avaya Aura 6.2 in a while and wondering how to create an install package (for distrubution to the clients) for the Agent Desktop.

The instructions in the documentation (Launch AAAD, Click install) do not work since our call center agents do not have administrator rights.
Please advice, thanks.

I believe you need admin rights to install the AAAD components. You may want to push it to the desktops via back-end scripting or something like Big-Fix.
