Contact Center 7.0 co-res server CCMA going into grace mode

I have a CC 7.0 with SU03 installed. I am continuing to see an error

Error code - 61150 Critical
CCMS_ASM_SERVICE,In Grace Period,Time remaining = 14 days, 5 hrs of 20 days Code = a8ac5b83c0990383d5f7b41fe944f36032e5f65f3f9c84cc2c91f6702055a988a5

This comes out everyday a few times a day. All services are running.

Sounds like the License Manager is not running.
 
Does it ever count up? or just down?
is the patching current for the CC7? what about the PBX?
There should be a log on the CCMS (or where ever the LM is installed)..which you can find out if it's counting up or down. If it's a separate system (like in Corp mode) -- the network communication maybe an issue.
If it's co-res and currently patched on su03 -- I'd consider a ticket with Avaya -- might be a known issue
 
When you look in CC Web and select status, does it say the same even though it is running? If so select configuration, then select that server, then select server then refresh and it should clear this.
