@techymitel - solid info, thank you for the input. I'm going to digest it and chip at it when I have some free cycles.
I'll post back here with whatever comes to fruition, but I like your idea of an HTML interface and batch files.

For years I've been using plink.exe to stream TCPDUMP from an MBG/MCD/MAS directly into Wireshark in order to analyze what's really happening at the NIC level.
This is the Windows command that I run, derived from thread1329-1622565 / slapin:
plink.exe -ssh -pw <<PASSWORD>> root@<<IP ADDRESS OF...
$1/hr for weekdays (16 hrs)
$2/hr for weekends/holidays (24 hrs)
Call outs (remote or on site) are x1.5, minimum 4 hr.
Multiple calls do not warrant the same 4 hr minimum, unless they are spaced 6 hrs apart. Otherwise the 2nd call is charged per hr.

kwb, long time no see.
We're looking to do the same. Cloudsimple .com seems to offer VMware-as-a-Service in Azure, although only in a few regions. And AWS and VMware are in bed together too. Bare metal nodes with some pretty beefy production grade specs. We're VMware and Azure, and the...
Might want to double check that firewall type, [Microsoft ForeFront] TMG 2010 is set to be EOS in 2020 so I doubt you're migrating to that platform just to migrate again in 2 years..
SIP trunking w/ no audio - the audio stream is UDP from IP phone (LAN) to MBG (DMZ), then UDP from MBG (DMZ) to...
MBG doesn't care about MAC, only IP. I would lean towards UDP not being allowed on the inbound/outbound policy. Or possibly an overlooked NAT setting.
Is the MBG in the DMZ or LAN?
Firewall make/model?
Where are your test phones located (Internet, LAN, DMZ, etc...)
Is this a SIP trunking...
Yes that's correct, the Fortigate 60E-DSL doesn't come with PoE, you would need to get a PoE injector or switch.
The Cisco 880G has DSL + POE.
What does this router need to support, how many devices?

I agree with the PoE switch (or injector) suggestion, if this is for a business you could try looking at a Fortigate/FortiWiFi 60E-DSL.
Here are the DSL standards that the 60E-DSL supports:
ANSI T1.413 Issue 2, ETSI ADSL over ISDN (TS 101 388)
ITU-T G.dmt (G.992.1) (ADSL) – Annex A
ITU-T...
Correction: Can confirm that the one time I was tasked with making it work in Win10, compatibility mode was successful. One time, no where near as many times as kwb. [bigsmile]

@sarond - I'm going to have to check out sngrep, looks cool.
My go to method for packet capture on a Linux OS has been to open a plink session using root credentials and stream the output directly into Wireshark on my local PC. No installation needed on the MBG, realtime, easily exported.

Elaborate on your license situation, do you have UCC licenses (MiCollab) or stand along Teleworker licenses? I've experienced similar issues where the user account in MiCollab was not properly assigned a UCC Bundle.
@Nilson Diaz - Unless the TW phone is in SIP mode, how would SIP ALG have any...
North America - CyberData makes indoor/outdoor SIP phones with or without door relays (http://www.cyberdata.net/voip-category/sip/)

Set the Overflow point of the RG to the Voicemail Hunt Group, create voicemail box (5200) where the extension is the RG number (5200)
System types would also be helpful information.

Was the replacement file a new version of ubat.sh ?
I upgraded to MiCollab 7.2.0.26 on Aug 25 because the Sys Admin deployed the OVA on Aug 24, which is the version that my initial post was generated from.
MiCollab 7.2.1.12 was released on Aug 26 [banghead]
The export functionality is now...
thread1329-1755719
It would appear that the UBAT scripts from the above thread are no longer functional in MiCollab 7.2

So the 3rd party provided instructions, are these for the 3300 or for the Generic SIP devices? Did they also provide the SIP devices (SIP->Analog?) with the expectation that you would provision them AND the 3300 side?
It sounds like you know how to program the 3300, as you've got one of the...
