UC360 Extension cannot make a call

Hello Everyone,

I am working with a Mitel 3300 virtual ICP with SIP trunks.
MiVoice Business installed OVA version 8.0 PRE3
MiVoice Border Gateway version 9.4.0.31
MiCollab 7.3.0.30 with NuPoint voicemail

I have two UC360 units. The first one is configured with a DID and is working fine. Inbound and outbound calls work great.
The second UC360 was configured with a DID and also worked fine. But I needed to change it to be configured with an extension only (no DID).
I deleted the phone in MCD and recreated it with just an extension. The unit registers just fine. But it cannot call internal extensions or external phone numbers.
The extension shows up in the Call Rerouting table. It is in the same CoS as the other unit.
It rings when we call it internally, but you can't answer the call. When I press Answer, I see Call Error on my desk phone.

Any ideas as to what could cause this?

Thanks for the help!

Carl

Nope, I actually copied the working one.

You deleted it and then re-created a new phone? Perhaps the SIP Device Capabilities number was reset to default.

Solved the problem by factory resetting the unit. I don't know why, but worked.
