Trial & error. Different carriers have different settings. On our Clearfly accounts I found we had no outgoing CID and tried different ones and found it had to be Carrier C.

Are you using a analog extension from the SL1100 into a FXO port on the other end? If so, try setting the analog extension in 15-o3-03 from Normal to Special. Hope that helps...
