I have a customer who has an SL2100 and they are wanting a night button programmed. They have POTS lines and currently all calls ring for about a minute then go to voicemail. There is no auto attendant. This is the first time I've dealt with this type of phone system and I'm unsure of how to get this button programmed for them. Any help is greatly appreciated!

to program a button for night mode,
15-07 - Pick a blank button, set to 09, and put 0 in additional data.
12-07 - Give modes a name
12-08 - Tick 'Lamp Settings for Toggle Key'
This will give users a single button to press for day/night switching, which illuminates when the system is in night mode.
