I was advised that console permission should only be given on an as needed basis. I looked in ASA and found that we have over 100 people with Console permission. Can anyone tell me a few of the most serious risk this may cause?

Is there a station lock on the phone? I use the staion lock on my desk phone so at night no one can place outside calls on my phone.
If you log in with another agent id on that same phone do you have the same issue?

We have had a CMS Agent Group we made for years ago but is used daily to run our cms sup reports. Today it has vanished and no one knows who deleted it. Is there a way to look what user ID deleted the Agent Group?

If we have a station with SAC active we can do a status station command and see that SAC is active. Also a similar example is the "list call-forwarding " command to see if CFW is active. Is there a command to tell if Do Not Disturb is active on a station?
