I have upgraded from 9.0 and 9.1 directly to 12 with no issues, I used both the File/Advanced/Upgrade and SD recreate methods. I would expect it is the same requirement as listed below which is due to the boot loader limitation.
In all cases, always backup all application data to a separate...
FYI it looks like you can install this on an r11 500v2 without an upgrade license. It did not give me an error and licenses still show valid with no errors on my test system.

I click View Downloads and then when I enter our company name it shows them. I guess it was to simple from the support site so they had to make us use PLDS.

That is how transfer return works, you can turn it off but I am not aware of any option other then it ringing back to the phone that transferred the call. If you are not using voicemail and want unanswered calls to go to a group, you could set the users Forward On No Answer to go to the group...
Try this,
Short code **XXXX
Feature Voicemail Collect
Telephone Number "?"N
Button set to dial with action **71007100#1234#31 The 31 is only if you want them to get straight to recording the greeting. This is on Intuity Mode Embedded voicemail, not sure if it works on IP Office Mode...
I just tried connecting to my demo system which is at 11.1.3 and had no issue. I was able to connect using both UDP and HTTP, this is using monitor 11.1.3 connecting to a 500v2 on 11.1.3.

I believe one of the guys on the Sundance forum has experience doing this. If you post on the Avaya or Freepbx forum he will likely answer, I have only personally done the IPO side of this not the Freepbx. https://atcomsystems.ca/forum/ubbthreads.php/forums/30/1/hosted-pbx-voip-asterisk...
Another thing to keep in mind, if you are going to 11.1 and using the Windows based voicemail pro you would need to move to the Linux version.

If you have issues getting the Avaya dect I would suggest using Yealink as an alternative. We have used them in a few sites with no issues and the customers liked them.

The only time I have seen something similar to this it was caused by someone saving a change with a version of the client that was older then the voicemail. In that case we had to restore a backup to get it to let us edit it again.

The IP Office itself is still not vlan configurable and does not do lldp. The only good way to deal with it is for them to set the switch port to the correct vlan. I have personally have found every brand of switches seem to deal with lldp differently and have never found it to be reliable...
This is how I did a similar job, you take 50 pair cable and put 30 rj45 ends on it. If they had room in the box with the MDF I would terminate them but with the space shortage I suppose you could just connect the other end directly to the MDF cables.

You could check with the voicemail pro client under the groups Leave action, someone may have gotten creative and used that to forward it.

It sounds like what has happened is the phone is offline. If you check the twin when logged out option it should fix it. IP office phones will still appear to ring from the callers end even if they are offline.
