Merlin Magix, with a 4424 set, with a headset, every time headset button is activated, when call comes in , you do not see caller id on the phone until you answer the call. when you remove the headset button, it works fine.
My only issue with Avaya so far, is that when the end of support runs out on the v9's & below, they are telling me that i will lose my MSP's. that is not very good customer policy. if they dont want to support them fine, but why take my permissions away from either doing it myself or using a 3rd...
