DST patch didnt work

have an 8300/G700 with 3.1.2.632.1 with patches 12866 and DST patch 12514 but time didnt change. anyone see this?? it was set to enable NTP but use local clock.

then once the rule is defined,, you need to make sure it is the one being used in locations...

server time did not change. rules were in place.

Did you do a FULL Shutdown & Reboot, AFTER applying the patch? AVAYA is now recomending a FULL Restart to fully activate the patch.

yes to the reboot. it was put in 4 months ago. im really scratching my head here. all of my other customers are good.

I think the 12514 DST patch was for all CM3.? loads. If you status the servers software does it show as active and hot?
