I've seen this before. Likely he is attempting to run sav ann on the switch (P1 screen) rather than Audix itself (P2).
The switch requires you to specify the individual announcement board, whereas sav ann from Audix saves all boards.

I agree with him. Not everybody loves Bill and his software. If you are looking for a job, the MCSE isn't a bad thing to have, at the same time, if you know what platform a company uses, you can save yourself some time...
I don't know which is worse. The billing practices of Avaya, or the service I get from the local expanets office. Hopefully, things will improve on both counts.
