I would make sure your virus protection is turned off and attempt to reinstall it. If that does not work you may wish to boot up in safe mode and install it that way.

I hope you hear something from Lexmark, I never did. The solution that I had to go with to correct this problem was to purchase another brand of printer. Needless to say I have not purchased another Lexmark because of my experience with this.

Hi Sam,
To the best of my knowledge there is no way to have two databases open at the same time (other then using two different machines). But, it would be easy to extract your part numbers out of the main database in order to create the second database.
