I found the solution, you need to set "Use P-Asserted-Identity Header" to yes in the SIP Peer Profile form.
My phone tech guys say they called Mitel and Mitel told them it couldn't be done. Not sure who to believe.

Whenever I make a long distance call and start to enter my account code (through PRI not on 3300), 23, I get not allowed on my phone and the call hangs up.
Same thing when I dial a 1800 number like AT&T and they ask 'Press 2 for....', as soon as I do I get not allowed and it hangs...

I have a user who is having problems with her CLID, when an outside call comes in (non IP), it will say transfer from 7155 and then when she picks it up it shows the correct caller ID of that caller.
