Hi there,

I changed the IP address of a 3300 to a different subnet, I have all the phones there getting DHCP of that 3300 and they can make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls through the PRI. They however can not make 4 digit calls internally across the private MPLS.

I have verified that the routing on the routers in the MPLS is correct.

I have Enterprise Manager so I deleted the node and re-created it. I think I did that right. I entered the correct name, IP address, subnet, and model. I then synced to OPSman.

I can even log into the 3300 through eman but when I try to 4 digit dial from one of my offices (which I manually changed the network element IP)I get Out of Service.

What else am I missing?

Have you change the IP address in the ICP/PBX Networking and Network Element forms for both sites?

Knowledge is power, thats why we share!

Thank you Voipin,

I was missing the ICP/PBX form.

I have changed that but now I only get one way audio, I can hear them, but they can't hear me!

Any idea what might be the problem?

Thanks!

Hi there,

I figured it out, so I had pointed the firewall to the Management IP instead of the Layer 2 switch IP of the 3300.

Well, lesson learned!

Thanks!
