LoudSpeaker Feature access code 1

Hi there,

I'm trying to get the Loudspeaker Feature access code working on our 5224 IP phones. The feature access code is #88.

Whenever I dial it I get NOT ALLOWED and a busy tone. I have checked the CoS, the Interconnect Restriction and the Station Service Assignment Form and as far as I know they are all ok.

The Loudspeaker Paging is on Interconnect 1 and so are my IP phones, they are not restricted.

The Station Service Assignment for is also correct.

Maybe I'm missing something with the CoS form.

Pager Access All Zones and Individual Zones is set to yes. So is the two Loudspeaker options here.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

does it work if you dial just the feature access code? If so what method are you using to connect to paging?

kwbMitel, you were right. I thought it worked like direct page did. Which lets me use speaker....damn. lol
