Just wanted to post a follow up on this thread. First thank you for your input IPGuru! I understand the concern with the stability of the app for after hours calls. I discussed the potential for this with the customer before attempting to implement the solution. So far it doesn't seem to be an...
Still working on this issue. I would really appreciate it if anyone had any input! Does anyone at least have this app working on an iPhone on the T-Mobile network?
I have a customer with a IPO500V2 and an Application Server to run VMPro and One-X Portal. Both are running 9.1.11 software. I recently setup the One-X Mobile Preferred app for them to use to field their after hours calls. There is one extension setup to use the app and about 5 different people...
Thank you both for your replies. Unfortunately you confirmed what I thought to be the case. I tried to tell them to get Android phones when their plan renewed around the time we put the system in. We will continue to wait and hope Apple changes their ways and allows this to work properly! Thanks...
I have a customer that is using the mobile app with VoIP mode on an IPO 500V2 running R9.1.6. There are 3 users using the app and they all have iPhone's. Everything works fine as far as connecting to the app inside/outside of site. The issue they have has to do with the call handling. If they...
So now that I am attempting to set this up I realize I cannot see the images on the linked page! Therefore I am not sure how to setup the variables to achieve this. Can anyone help me out with what to fill in on the specific tabs for my variable routing? Thanks!
This sounds like a great option! I have seen the Variable Routing option in VMPro, but never had the need to use it. It sounds like in this case it will work perfect. I plan on dialing into the system tomorrow to set this up for the customer. Thank you so much for the great advice!
I have a customer that is running 9.0.7 and using VM Pro. The system is setup with a time profile on the IPO (in manager) and the incoming call routes point to a day or night AA in VM Pro using the time profile. They are wanting to add a button to change their greeting from their standard day AA...
Thank you! I see it goes in the modular port on the controller. I just felt it had to wire to the amp tail. I didn't even consider that port. Thanks again for the help, it will make life much better today!

Hello all. I recently moved a BCM50 for a customer that included a Digital Mobility Controller as part of the setup. It was a multi step move process for the customer so the cordless phones did not immediately need reconnected. I apparently did not mark things as well as I should have and on top...
Thank you so much for your answer! I do have the MCDN license and 2 VoIP Gateway license's so I should be set. I have found another tech to assist in programming so hopefully all will go smoothly. Thanks again for the thorough answer!
The BCM'S are using VoIP Gateway Trunk licenses. H323 lines connecting them. The BCM'S are all on a point to point network which is working properly. I can ping the BCM 400 from the BCM 50 and even log into the 400 from the site where the 50 is going. The site where the 50 is going used to have...
Hello everyone. I am not very adverse with the BCM line however I have been given the task of working on a few here recently. One of the tasks I am trying to complete is to add a BCM50a R5.0 to an existing BCM network. The main switch is a BCM 400 R4.0 and there are also about 4-5 other BCM's...
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any specifications for the .wav files on a TVA50 VM. The customer wants to have someone record their greeting for a custom call service and import it into the system. I see where it says you can upload a .wav file using the management console...
Thank you for explaining Panasonic's somewhat misleading view. I was kind of thinking that was simply the way the system worked. From the rest of my research on the system I would agree it seems like a switch for the IT guys, electricians, etc. I still need to find out if there is any way to...
The customer currently has the feature buttons programmed as you described. They are setup as dss buttons in the maintenance console. However they still have to press speaker or pick up the handset before pressing the dss button on the phone. This makes it a two button press. The customer wants...
I am working on a kxta 824 that was previously installed by another company. I am usually an avaya tech but have some exposure to panasonic systems. I have two questions about the system. First is there a way to program a feature button that calls another extension with only one touch. The...
