Awesome! When I try to turn it on however it says "Warning: Activation of this feature confirms you accept the associated risk." I'm not sure what the risk is, any chance you do? I googled it with no luck. Thanks again!!!!
We are running CM 5.1 with mostly IP 1616 and 4610 handsets. I have looked all over the internet for the answer to this questions so I apologize if this is a question already asked.
We want to have a phone autodial an internal extension as soon as you lift the handset. Is this possible in...
There is a lot more to it, we have a cisco router at each site that does a crypto vpn to each site. I apologize for not specifying that. I put a NAT statement on the router at the HQ and that is letting that specific app work. Thanks for all your help.
This works great when everything that I need to get to on the LAN is on the same subnet but if something I need to get to on the LAN is on a different subnet then what do I do?
Example:
10.1.1.1 <---Server A
10.1.20.2 <---Server B
10.1.20.1 <---Machine
I can get to Server B just fine but...
Is there any way to have my laptop point to the wireless card for internet and point to the lan nic card for everything else?
I basically want to off load the internet traffic onto a wireless hotspot and still be able to access my networked drives. Thanks!!

I haven't seen this feature anywhere in the feature guide but I thought I would ask the question here. Is there anyway to setup an auto redial for a busy outside line?
Basically the user calls an outside line and gets a busy signal and he wants to keep redialing until that phone is answered...
What kind of incoming calls are they? Bridged, DID, Internal?
I remember we had trouble with bridged calls coming in and people not being able to answer them unless they pushed that line, but if these aren't bridged calls I'm not sure.
It worked fine before the upgrade and it was set to a COR that doesn't allow outgoing calls. Maybe something weird in the upgrade that I didn't catch. Either way its working now, thanks again.
We have a routing issue out of all of our vectors. We are running CM 5.2.1 and it seems that since we upgraded to that release this hasn't been working. After they hear an announcement (ex. 03818) they press a number (ex. 3) and it is suppose to route to another number (ex. 918002798833)...
I have a user who came from an Avaya based phone system and he said they had a button on there phone that would grab someone out of your voicemail while they were leaving a message. So the user just missed a call and it went to voicemail and he wants to be able to get that call back. Is this...
I did get this resolved after digging for what seemed like forever.
In SA do a change system-parameters special-applications. On page 6 there is an entry for user-defined language. Set it to yes and you should be good.
(SA8885) - US Time for User-Defined language? y
I hope this helps.
I rebooted my phone and it picked up the new 46xxsetting.txt file but the time is still 24 hour format. I tried option 0, 1, and 2 and none of them changed the format. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
We are going to change all of our phone sets (IP 1616) to user-defined language so we can change some wording on other screens. When we do this it changes the time format to 24-hour, is there anyway to keep it at the 12-hour format and still use user-defined language? Thanks.
