Calling to Israel help

I am trying to setup a users EC500 to dial his cell phone in Israel. I have give him a COR that allows for international calling but I am still getting a denial even when calling. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

If I dial the cell number I get the warning tone, like I dialed something incorrectly.
 
That would be why the EC500 want work. Check to make sure you have the correct country code, and dial string to dial Israel.
Make sure you ARS table send the call out the correct trunk group, and if that is all correct. Contact your LD carrier, and see if there is a block on calls to Israel.
