What is happening is it's going to the AA because it isn't recognized and I would assume you have DID Backup Destination set to the AA, have them set it to 4 digits and I think you will be fine. Russ

If you have you cards in as I think you do it should be 37 and 38 for your vm ports and that would be your problem. Russ

Sounds like you have the wrong ports assigned in 505, think of the Message 1 as a 206 but you use the top ports and go down unlike the VS which used the bottom ports and went up, be sure only the vm ports are in 505. Russ

Check program #507 and make sure you have the lines set for always Russ
