Auto Atte is not answering in day mode. Everything I can think of is done, but for whatever reason it refuses to pick up. Partner R.7 Processor/ Partner Messaging R. 7/ (3) 206 Mods/ 4 co's coming in/ 22 extensions/ 2-port messaging assigned to ports 38 and 39. Any suggestions????????

Are your lines assigned to hunt group 7 useing #206 on the processor?

Check program #507 and make sure you have the lines set for always

Thanks for the speedy responses. I have all 4 lines assigned to hunt group 7 and #206 is set to always. Now the voice mail picks up and says your call is being transfered and it goes to extension 10...rings..and extension 10's voice mail picks up. I know this is something easy but I'm starting to see double and have lost most of my rational thought at this point. Any more suggestions?????

Sounds like you have the wrong ports assigned in 505, think of the Message 1 as a 206 but you use the top ports and go down unlike the VS which used the bottom ports and went up, be sure only the vm ports are in 505.

Russ

are you sure , there arent ports that arent assigned ?

I went thru that last week here and it turned out my 2 port card was really 4 ports

what happens if you dial 40 or 41 ?

If you have you cards in as I think you do it should be 37 and 38 for your vm ports and that would be your problem.

Russ

I think russ is right

processor r7 10-18
206 19-24
206 25-30
206 31-36

messaging 37 38
